La Protezione dei Bancali
In talune circostanze come misura ulteriore di protezione della merce puo’
rivelarsi utile apporre la speciale banda collante intorno ai pancali stoccati
al fine di monitorare la presenza di eventuali insetti all’interno dei
pancali o per proteggerli da contaminazioni qualora, per motivi diversi,
ci possa essere il rischio di intrusioni di insetti dalle aree esterne.
Gli insetti possono contaminare gli imballi in particolare durante la stagione
primaverile estiva quando le temperature favoriscono la loro proliferazione,
ma anche nel periodo autunnale, con l’abbassamento delle temperature,
molte specie di insetti cercano rifugio nelle pile di pallets stoccati i quali
vengono poi utilizzati per il confezionamento e la spedizione del prodotto finito.

Le Specie a piu’ alto Rischio infestativo
Numerosi nel corso degli anni sono stati i casi di rinvenimenti di insetti sotto
i pallets per cui puo’ essere utile apporre queste bande adesive appositamente
studiate per intercettare gli insetti striscianti che si muovono da e verso il pancale.
Tra le specie maggiormente responsabili di contaminazioni possiamo citare
in particolare le Cimici Verdi e Asiatiche e i Carabidi.

Anche le Blatte possono essere rinvenute dentro i bancali ma la casistica e’ ricca anche
di altre specie che si sono rese responsabili di queste contaminazioni.

La Banda Adesiva Anti-Insetto
La banda adesiva presenta delle striscie di avvertimento di colore alternato
bianco e rosso per una migliore e chiara evidenza onde evitare che inavvertitamente
vengano calpestate.

Studiato appositamente per creare una barriera per la protezione di bancali,
merci giacenti a terra o l’entrata verso locali sensibili.Il rotolo collante
lungo 20 mt è predisposto per essere steso a terra in prossimità della
merce da proteggere.

Largo 30 cm e dotato di strisce di avvertimento rosse è ben visibile agli
addetti ai lavori.Può essere facilmente sagomato mediante forbici o
taglierini ed addizionato in caso di necessità di monitoraggio anche
con feromoni specifici. La superficie collante con tecnologia No-Dry
mantiene a lungo le performance massime dell’adesivo. Non contiene
veleni o prodotti non idonei ad un utilizzo in ambiente alimentare.

Protect the pallets
Sometimes can be useful to protect the products in the storage by the special stick tape that you can put around the pallets to monitoring and protect the products from the insects and rodents.
The sticky tapes can protect the products from the pest invasion but also you can use this tape to check out if some pests are into the pallets ready to goes out around the all storage.
We know that the Pests can contaminate the products in every moment in the year: in the spring and in the summer because the temperatures and the humidity are so good for the insects, so they can grow so fast, but also in the Autumn the risk it’s high because the Pests looking for a good place to pass the Winter and they tries in every way to enter inside the building.
The species that you can find in the storage
A lot of species likes to hide into the pallets inside and outside the building.
In Italy we know that there are some families of insects very dangerous because they likes to stay into the pallets and we talk about Carabidaes , Nezara viridula, Halyomorpha halys and Cockroach (specially Blattella germanica).
It’s very important to make frequent monitor services by the traps, for creeping insects using the sticky tapes but also by the fly kyller lamp (very efficient against Nezara and Halyomorpha), so in this way we can be more fast to apply all the corrective actions we need.

The sticky tape is colered by red and white s lines alternate each other so it’s easy to see it on the floor.
The roll it’s 20 meters long and ready to apply on the floor around the pallets
30 cm large the tapes can be cutted and you can add flavours or pheromons on it
